Vietnamese Student Union (VSU) at UCLA will hold its annual Black April Commemoration Week , “a touching and empowering program that will serve as a tool to bridge the generational gap between many Vietnamese Americans and war-related immigrant families”.

Tonight is Black April Expression Night, which will focus on educating attendees through spoken word, art, and discussion about the Fall of Saigon and how it still affects the current generation.

Black Commemoration Night is on Wednesday, an all-black or semi-formal event with guestspeakers, a candlelight vigil, and dinner.

The event will lead to Westminster on Saturday, where there is a great number of Vietnamese residents.
